Meet Hayley Grosser

The Abundant Farmer – Australia’s Money Coach for Farmers

I’m Hayley Grosser, founder of The Abundant Farmer, where I help farmers transform their relationship with money. My coaching blends money mindset with practical strategy so clients can build wealth, create financial resilience, and live with more freedom and abundance.

My own journey began with exhaustion, juggling farm life, a job I didn’t enjoy, and raising two boys. Despite my background in business and accounting, our finances never seemed to shift. Everything changed when I discovered money mindset—it wasn’t what I was doing that was wrong, but how I was thinking about money. From that moment, money became my ally, not my enemy.

As my mindset shifted, our farm and life transformed too. That spark led me to create The Abundant Farmer program, bringing together my 15+ years in accounting and property valuation, nearly a decade in coaching, and lived experience running a farm business. Today, I support farmers to break cycles of stress and scarcity, and step into abundance—like clients who’ve unlocked over $100,000 in unexpected income by applying this work.
