EXPANSION EXPERIENCE

Terms & Conditions

These terms are here to ensure clarity, protect the integrity of the experience, and create a smooth, respectful container for everyone involved.

By securing your place at the Noosa Expansion Experience, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Payment

The total investment is $4,500 + GST per person.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. Your booking is not confirmed until this deposit has been received.

The remaining 50% balance is due by Friday 6th March.

If final payment is not received by the due date, your place may be offered to another participant.

2. Cancellation Policy

Due to accommodation, catering and venue commitments being secured in advance:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the experience, any payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded.

  • Cancellations within 30 days of the start date are non-refundable unless your place can be filled.

  • You may transfer your place to another suitable participant (subject to approval).

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected changes or cancellations.

3. Event Changes or Unforeseen Circumstances

If the experience is postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (including illness, weather events, venue issues or government restrictions), participants may be offered:

  • A transfer to a future date, or

  • A refund minus any unrecoverable costs already committed.

4. Travel & Insurance

Participants are responsible for organising and covering the cost of:

  • Flights

  • Airport transfers

  • Travel-related expenses

  • Travel insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Health & Personal Responsibility

This experience includes group discussions, reflective exercises and mindset-based work.

By attending, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own physical, emotional and personal wellbeing.

  • You will disclose any dietary requirements or relevant health considerations in advance.

  • Participation is voluntary and you accept responsibility for your own choices and actions during the experience.

6. Confidentiality

This is an intimate experience limited to 8 participants.

All attendees agree to respect the privacy of others and maintain confidentiality regarding personal stories, business information or discussions shared within the group.

7. Code of Conduct

We ask that all participants engage respectfully and contribute to a safe, grounded environment.

Disruptive, unsafe or harmful behaviour may result in removal from the experience without refund.

8. Photography & Media

Photos and videos may be captured during the experience for promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in media, please notify us in writing prior to the event.

9. Accommodation & Property

Participants are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

10. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, processes, materials and content shared during the experience remain the intellectual property of Lucy Peel and Hayley Grosser and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
